Concert in the Park

June 29, 2003, Centennial Park

	A concert in the park was performed by the Band on the evening of June 29 at Centennial Park.
	Conductor, Ted Hellegaard, leads the Band in a number of selections, including the "Godfather Trilogy".
	Associate conductor, Tom Steger, adds his own special flair to the evening.
	A separate organization, The Music City Dixieland Band, performed with the rest of the Band accompanying on a medley of Dixieland jazz tunes, entitled, "Dixieland Jam".
	The Dixieland group also played three sections on their own.
	Christy Nicholson sings along with the Band as she renders, "Someone to Watch Over Me."
	Assistant conductor, Matt Ward, rounds out the evening as he leads the band in a medley of Aaron Copeland tunes, entitled, "A Copeland Tribute."
